Saturday, May 6: Project WET Educator Workshop Location & Time: Black Moshannon State Park, Environmental Learning Center, Phillipsburg, PA - 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Participants will receive the Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide, Generation 2.0 which is filled with hands-on, interdisciplinary lessons that make all facets of water education accessible to all. Included in this workshop: A paddle on Black Moshannon Lake!
Wednesday, May 10: Project WILD Educator Workshop Location & Time: Nescopeck State Park; Drums, PA - 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Participants will experience activities that focus on Pennsylvania-specific wildlife and habitat
Saturday, May 13: PA Songbirds Educator Workshop Location & Time: Little Pine State Park; Waterville, PA - 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Pennsylvania Songbirds is a curriculum supplement developed jointly by the Pennsylvania Bureau of State Parks, the Pennsylvania Game Commission, and the National Audubon Society. It is intended for both formal and non-formal educators teaching at the kindergarten through twelfth grade levels.
